Pork Ragout with Butternut Wild Rice

An Italian Dish traditionally served with a fresh pasta, I am taking a seasonal spin with it and serving the Pork Ragout alongside Roasted Butternut Squash and Wild Rice.  The pork is braised in a rich tomato sauce, then shredded and tossed in the sauce.  I will lightly brush the butternut squash with coconut oil, season with a dash of salt and pepper and roast it until golden brown, then toss it with a wild rice pilaf.  Please place orders by today at NOON 🙂
