In one sense “Relish” is about taking pleasure in what you are creating in the kitchen.  Relishing the food on your plate.  You’ve heard this before…we eat with our eyes first.

It’s easy to get stuck in a rut with your kitchen routine and what you create on a day to day basis.  I am here to bring new ideas for recipes, plating your foods, and fun garnishes for your next party platter 🙂
From time to time I will post new twists on classic recipes, but I want your feedback here on my “Relish” blog.  What is the basic entree you struggle with from week to week?  Has it become boring?  Would you like help creating a healthier version of that basic recipe or would you just like to spice it up a bit?  Ask me hereI would love to help.
